2 Boneless chicken breast
1 tsp Dried basil
1 tsp Ground thyme
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
3 cups Sliced mushrooms
½ tsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Olive oil
¼ cup White wine
½ cup Heavy cream
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts with a mallet to flatten.

Sprinkle chicken with salt, basil, and thyme. Using a large saucepan over low heat, sauté chicken breasts in oil until juices run clear-approximately 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and over. Allow chicken to sit for 10 minutes. Remove to a plate.

In pan, heat oil. Sauté garlic, mushrooms, and wine for approximately 2 minutes.

Add the cream. Dissolve starch with water and add to pan stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
