48 Chicken wings (drumettes or wingettes)
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
2 tbsp rock sugar
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp Minced ginger
4-5 Green onion, cut into 1½" pieces
½ cup Chicken stock
2 tbsp black bean garlic sauce
2 tbsp Rice wine
1 tsp Gulian chili sauce
Sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for the sesame seeds in a leak-proof Ziploc bag. Place wings on a rack on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the seeds.

Bake at 400º for approximately 45 minutes or until nicely browned.
