Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large egg
1 c. whipping cream
1 tsp. salt
Enough flour to make a very stiff dough

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients and roll out the dough on a floured surface. Roll our very thin. Cut into long strips approximately 3 x 6 - inches in size, or really any size you prefer. Pierce the pieces with a fork or knife so they don't "pillow" too much while frying. Fry in hot oil till browned and crispy on both sides. Drain on paper towel. Enjoy with watermelon, or jam or honey.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
When I say roll out thin, I mean thin enough that you could almost read a newspaper through the dough.
