1 package of Cugino's French Onion Soup mix
7 c. water
1 medium onion
1 loaf French bread toasted
7 oz. le Gruyere cheese
7 oz. Swiss cheese
(you can also use provolone or other favorite cheeses)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare soup per package directions. While soup simmers, toast French bread. When soup is finished cooking, pour into soup crocks.

Set oven temperature to broil.

Place 1-1½ slices (or cubes) of toasted bread in each soup crock and top with sliced or shredded cheeses.

Broil for 5 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
