Ingredients:  
5 lbs potatoes, mashed
4 oz cream cheese
½ stick margarine
8 oz sour cream
2 eggs
½ C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, margarine to mashed potatoes....stir until melted.
Add sour cream, milk & slightly beaten eggs. Pour into greased casserole dish.

Refrigerate or bake. If refrigerate, take out & let it come to room temp before baking.
Don't put in a deep casserole dish--need center to heat completely.

Bake at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes
