1 20 oz can pineapple chunks (reserve ¾ C )
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges drained
3-4 unpeeled red & green chopped apples
2-3 bananas sliced

½ C sugar
2 TBLS cornstarch
⅓ C orange juice
1 TBLS lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch. Add pineapple juice, orange juice & lemon juice.
Cook & stir over med heat until thick & bubbly. Cook 1 min longer & set aside while you mix fruit.
Pour warm sauce over fruit; stir gently to coat. Cover & refrigerate.

Can be made a day ahead.
