1 lb Cooked crisp bacon
1 bunch of fresh broccoli
3 cups fresh cauliflower
1/4 head lettuce (If you leave out lettuce, this can be used for leftovers-not with lettuce used)
2 medium carrots-diced
1/2 cup thin red onion
1/2 cup halved black olives (no pits)
1/2 cup cubed sharp cheddar cheese or shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup craisins (optional)

Dressing
1 cup miracle whip
1/2 cup white sugar
*May want to double the dressing if you like a lot dressing.

Cook Bacon until crispy. Cool, drain, and set aside
Mix dressing. Miracle Whip and Sugar in bowl, cool in fridge at least 15 minutes or longer.
Wash Cauliflower, carrots, lettuce and Broccoli. Cut into bite size chunks. Mix in large bowl. I use a food processor to cut carrots and onion.
Add diced onion, olives, cheese, sunflower seeds, raisins and craisins, crumbled bacon and dressing immediately before serving.
Sprinkle extra cheese on top before serving.
