1 - 2 lbs ground beef
1 - 2 lbs ground pork
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, diced
1 can petite diced tomatoes, drained
Cheese sauce*
Spaghetti sauce**
1 large bag of shredded cheese
Sliced Pepperoni (optional)
Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Brown meats with diced onion
Stir in garlic and diced tomatoes
Spread in bottom of 9x13 baking dish
Spread spaghetti sauce over top of meat mixture
Liberally cover top with shredded cheese
Sprinkle top with Italian seasoning
Arrange pepperoni on top
Bake 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown

Serve with tossed salad.

* Optional: Mix cheese sauce, to taste, into meat mixture before spreading in baking pan
** For a lower carbohydrate option, omit spaghetti sauce.
