Ingredients:  
3 tomatoes
2 lg cans (28 oz) of crushed tomatoes
2 cans (14 oz) of liquid stock (beef, chicken, or veggie)
2 C of water
1 pk. of vegetable or French onion dry soup powder
1 bunch of spring onions
1 bunch of celery, including leaves
2 C of green beans
3 green peppers
2 lbs carrots
2 stock cubes (beef, chicken, or veggie)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all the veggies and throw them into stew pot with the remaining ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil for 2 min. and then turn down to simmer until veggies are tender.
Add more water to preference.
Serve with crusty bread and butter.
