2-3 pounds of sliced fresh strawberries
1 refrigerated pie crust
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 tablespoons of strawberry Jell-O powder
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
Directions:
Directions:
Place pie crust in a glass pie pan and bake according to directions let it cool. Combine Cornstarch water and sugar and cook it until it thickens. Remove from heat. Add Jell-O stir until dissolved. Add in strawberries and pour into crust. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or until set.
