8 cups Rhubarb
2 quarts water
1 ½ cup sugar
30 g package of strawberry Jell-O
½ cup real lemon Juice
2 cups Vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Boil/simmer Rhubarb water and sugar for 15-20 minutes. Add Jell-O and dissolve until smooth. Add lemon juice and vodka and freeze until firm. Serve ½ and ½ Mix and Pop (7up or Strawberry)
