Ingredients:  
1 C corn oil
2 C sugar
3 eggs
2 C flour
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 large can crushed pineapple (use half)
2 C grated carrot
1 C cocoanut
1 C nuts

Frosting
1 package Philly Cream Cheese
2 C powered sugar
1 stick Oleo (aka butter)

Directions:

Cake:
Mix all together for two minutes. Bake at 400° for 40 minutes in 8x12” greased and floured glass pan. Let cool before frosting.

Frosting:
Mix all together and spready evenly.
