10 eggs
3 c milk
1lb breakfast sausage, bacon or ham– cooked and ground/cut to pieces
4 slices of bread – broken into pieces
½ teaspoon salt and pepper
½ teaspoon ground mustard
¼ c dried or diced onion
1 1/2c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Beat eggs. Add milk and rest of ingredients except the bread. Mix well. Add the bread. Pour into 9x13 baking pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand 5-10 min before serving.
