Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2lb Jimmy Dean’s sausage (I like to use one regular and one Sage)
1/4 to 1/2 C flour
Milk
Pillsbury Grands Southern Style biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage and for each pound of sausage add flour.
If you do 2 pounds of sausage, add 1/2 cup flour. This is the most important step… cook the flour into your sausage, I repeat, cook the flour into your sausage! The flour will soak up the grease from the sausage so mix until your sausage is coated with flour.
Cover your sausage mixture with milk. If you like your sausage thicker, add less milk. As you cook the mixture it will thicken. It is always best to start with less milk and add if needed.
Last step is to bake your biscuits. Once baked, cut in half and smother with sausage gravy!
Enjoy and remember breakfast is the most important meal of the day!
