2 cucumbers (sliced thin)
1 medium yellow onion (sliced thin)
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 ½ cup Mayo
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of dill
1 teaspoon of garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers thin with a mandolin slicer add salt and let sit for a few hours. Mix in a separate bowl mayo, vinegar, sugar dill and onion powder and then place in the fridge. Drain the Cucumbers after the 2 hours add the onions and pour over the mayo vinegar mix. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
