1 lb sausage
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery (optional)
3 cups water
2 large red potatoes, cut into 1/2 in cubes
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 cup frozen corn
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1½ cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, onion and celery in large skillet/saucepan and drain. Put back in pan and add potatoes, water, and bouillon. Bring to a boil and cook on low, uncovered for 20 minutes. Add corn and cook another 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

In a small saucepan melt butter and stir in flour and pepper/salt until smooth. Gradually add milk and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. Stir into the sausage mixture and stir well. Ready to serve.

Good when topped with sour cream, green onions, and/or cheese.
