4 cups cooked and shredded chicken (about 3 chicken breasts) (We use rotisserie chicken)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon freshly chopped cilantro
2 large avocado, diced
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon granulated garlic

Directions:

1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add chicken, mayonnaise, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. Mix until combined.

2. Serve in a sandwich or croissant or with tortilla chips.
