10-12 c. bread, cubed
1/2 c. margarine
1 large onion, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Turkey / chicken liver, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a large frying pan. Add onion, celery, and spices; cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Add liver and heat until cooked through; cool slightly. Add to bread, mixing by hand until bread has been coated thoroughly. Stuff into turkey; bake until turkey is cooked.

Cube bread 24 hours prior to making dressing, and place in a large cookie sheet to dry for a slightly dryer dressing.

Wrap leftovers in tin foil and place in oven 40 minutes before turkey is finished cooking.
