2 packages (about 3 lbs) beef neck bones or short ribs
Water, enough to cover meat
1 medium onion, quartered
1-2 potatoes, cut in quartered
1 head of cabbage, cut
1 bundle or can of Asparagus
4 stalks of spring onions, cut in half
1 tsp. peppercorn
Patis to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a pot, boil water with onions, add meat and cook. When half done, add potatoes and cook until tender. Add cabbage, spring onions, and asparagus. Season with peppercorn and patis.

INSTANT POT:
1) Put water, onion and meat, making sure the water will cover the meat or not go pass the max line of the instant pot. Cover and set the instant "Meat" and set the timer to 30 minutes.
2) When the timer goes off, turn off the pot and wait till the pressure was release.
3) Once the pressure was release, open the pot and let it boil again. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the veggies (cabbage, spring onions and asparagus). Boil. Season with peppercorn and patis to taste.
