4 ounce package smoked salmon
4-8 ounces Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 green onion or chives, chopped
3 eggs
1 cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon dried dill or 2 teaspoons fresh dill
Dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange the cheese, salmon and green onions in a greased pie plate.
Beat the eggs, cream and seasonings; pour into the plate.
Bake at 350º 35 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Makes 6 servings
Can be frozen
