Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4-5 peeled and sliced baking apples (enough to fill pie pan comfortably)
1 unbaked 10 inch pie shell
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup cream
2 ½ tablespoons flour
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples in pie shell. Combine sugar, cream, and flour and mix well. Pour over the apples. Sprinkle top with cinnamon before baking. NOTE: depending on the depth of your pie pan, you may not need all the cream mixture. If filled too full, it will run out and make a mess in your oven!

Bake at 400 deg for 10 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 375 deg and bake for 35-40 minutes until pie is set in center. Cover crust with shield or foil during last 15 minutes if needed.
Cool and serve, or cover and refrigerate.

NOTE: This recipe is also delicious with fresh peaches instead of apples Add a little more flour to cream mixture to compensate for the added moisture in the peaches.
