1 28 oz. package frozen diced hash brown potatoes, (like Ore-Ida). Can be the kind that has onions and peppers in it.
1 10 oz. can condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, cubed
1 cup finely shredded smoked Gouda cheese, (4 oz.)
1 cup finely shredded provolone cheese, (4 oz.)
¾ cup milk
¼ cup finely chopped leek or thinly sliced green onion, (scallion)
½ tsp. black pepper
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, drained, and crumbled

In a 3½ or 4 quart slow cooker, combine thawed potatoes, soup, cream cheese, Gouda cheese, provolone cheese, milk, leek and pepper. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 5 to 6 hours. Stir in bacon just before serving.
