Red and green food coloring
Jelly Beans
Round jelly candies
Red string licorice

Directions:
Prepare cake mix per package instructions in 2 9" round cake pans. Cool completely. Cut cake as shown in diagram. Arrange cake pieces in shape of bunny as shown in picture. Place on large rimmed cookie sheet, large tray or 18X15" cardboard covered with aluminum foil. Frost the cake on tops and sides.

Place 1/2 cup coconut in a small bowl. Use 2 drops of red food coloring in the small bowl to color the coconut pink for the ears. Sprinkle 1 and 1/2 cups of the white coconut all over the frosting on the face of the bunny, the ears, and the bowtie. Then sprinkle the pink coconut to form the shape of the insides of the bunny's ears. With the remainder of the coconut, (1 cup), color it green in a separate bowl. Sprinkle that around the perimeter of cake to look like grass. Decorate bunny face as shown in picture.
