1 tsp oil
1 sweet onion, cut vertically into thin strips
3 Tbsp honey mustard
6 slices rye bread
6 ounces thin sliced lean roast beef

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Swirl in the oil, then add the onion. Cook stirring occasionally, until softened, about 8 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and cook stirring occasionally, until the onion is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
Divide the honey mustard between the slices of bread. Layer the beef and onions over 3 slices of the bread and top with remaining slices.
