6 cups thinly sliced peaches
6 cups white sugar
1 large orange (peeled, all white removed and chopped)
1 4oz. jar maraschino cherries (cut up) with juice

Directions:

Combine sugar, orange and peaches and cook over low heat. Cook until "jammy" about 45 minutes, stirring most of the time. Add cherries and juice and cook 1 minute more. Put in jars.
