8 cups plain mashed potatoes
Half cup whipping cream not whipped next line half a cup of butter
1 tablespoon of salt
4 cups of flour scant

Directions:
Directions:
Add cream, butter and salt to potatoes while mashing. Cool overnight add flour and roll out round, paperthin circles on a floured board. Bake on grill turning so that it is light brown on both sides.

My grandma used to make them and we would spread soft butter on top and sprinkle with. sugar and roll it up like a tortilla.
