These pickles do not need to be canned - just store in the refrigerator

4 quarts sliced cucumbers
1 Large green pepper cut into slices
1 large onion cut into slices

Heat to dissolve and mix with above ingredients
¼ cup salt
3½ cups sugar
2 cups vinegar

Put all ingredients into jars.

Let sit in refrigerator for a week or two for flavors to cure together

Can keep in refrigerator indefinitely...
