5 potatoes, cut into chunks
1 acorn squash, cut into chunks
1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 onion, cut into wedges
4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
1 (1 pound) package Hillshire Farms Smoked Sausage, cut on the diagonal
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 450º.
Use a large sheet pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray. Toss vegetables with oil and spices. Cook in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and add sausage. Cook for 15 more minutes.
