1 package (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 c. Mayo
½ c. Sour Cream
2 cans (11 oz.) Mexi-Corn, drained (or canned corn with your favorite Mexican spices)
1 can (11 oz.) Hot Rotel, undrained (use mild if you don't like things too hot!)
1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
2-3 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp. Sugar
½ tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream.
2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
3. Stir in the corn, Rotel, green onions, cheese, sugar, and garlic powder.
4. Best if you can refrigerate it for a few hours before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
5. Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos

I'm never able to find Mexi-corn so I substitute canned corn with cumin, chili powder, and a dash of cayenne.
