1 2¼-oz. pkg. sliced almonds
1 16-oz. pkg. coleslaw mix
5 green onions
½ c. chopped red pepper
½ c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. ramen noodles (uncooked)
½ c. oil
¼ c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 ramen noodle seasoning packet

Directions:
Directions:
Scatter almonds on baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 4-5 minutes to toast. Cool.
Combine almonds, veggies, and noodles. In a separate bowl, combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, and seasoning packet. Just before serving, pour oil mixture over vegetable mixture and toss to mix thoroughly.
