Marinade
2 boneless chicken breasts cut into small bite size pieces
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dark soya sauce
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
⅛ tsp.of salt - Don't add too much as Soya Sauce has salt
1 egg
½ tsp. red chili flakes
1 tbsp. of corn starch


Coating for Chicken Popcorn
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup Panko bread crumbs
½ tsp. paprika or red chili pepper
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. red chili flakes

1½ cups Canola Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients under Marinade for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok.
3. Mix the ingredients under Coating
4. Dip chicken pieces in the flour and breadcrumbs mixture and deep fry them for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.

Serve with a tomato sauce dip and salad.
