Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 lb.almond bark
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups miniature marshmallows
3 cups Rice Krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the almond bark in a bowl in the microwave. I use a medium power level and melt in 1 1/2-2 minute intervals. Stir in the peanut butter until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto wax paper lined cookie sheets. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Store covered in cool place.
I usually use a small cookie scoop to drop these onto wax paper. It makes for more uniform cookies. I also like to use holiday Rice Krispies to add color to these for Christmas!
