2 1/2 cups pure pumpkin puree
3 eggs
3/4 cup honey
1 3/4 cup milk
11/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp ground cloves
!/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

"Blend all ingredients in blender
Pour into glass baking dish
Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean

Serve with cream sweetened with sugar and vanilla to desired taste
Cream can be substituted with Cool Whip

Mom never measured her ingredients. She used fresh pumpkin that had been cooked with minimal water until soft, drained and mashed.
I have experimented with this recipe over the years and have it almost perfected to how I remembered the taste. The only thing missing is the aluminum pan that she used to bake the pudding in and the wood stove oven. To retrieve this pan, you would have to go to Raymond's barn as it became the cat food dish in later years. He may still be using this pan to feed the mouse catchers!
