6 Cups Milk
3 Cans (103/4 oz each) Cream of Chicken Soup undiluted
3 Cups cooked shredded Chicken (1 pound)
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup hot sauce
Optional Blue Cheese Crumbles


(For thicker soup, I use 3 Cups Milk and 3 Cups Half and Half)

Directions:

Mix ingredients all together
Cook on stove top or can be placed in Crock Pot on low
Cook on medium until hot, stirring occasionally

Optional after serving you can crumble blue cheese on top or sour cream for more flavor.
Add additional hot sauce to taste if you like it spicier.
