Ingredients:  
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1 T. Canola Oil
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, salt and 3 tsp. baking powder and set aside
Separate 2 eggs - beat egg whites till stiff - set aside
Beat egg yokes, add 2 Cups of milk, 1 T. oil, beat all together
Add flour mixture, mix together and then fold in egg whites
Batter will be thin like milk, add more milk if batter is too thick
Ladle onto hot griddle

Great with maple syrup or jelly!
