Pudding

1 cup Sugar
2/3 cup flour (All Purpose)
½ tsp. Kosher Salt
8 Large Egg Yolks
4 caps half and half


6 Bananas cut and tossed with 2 T lemon Juice so they won't turn
Box - Vanilla Wafers

Meringue
8 Large Egg Whites
Pinch of Cream of Tarter
4 T sugar

Directions:

Combine pudding ingredients in pan over low-med heat. Stir constantly until 170 - 180º F. It will start to bubble on the sides and thicken. Add 1 tsp. vanilla to the pudding and take off heat.

Layer wafers, bananas, pudding until they are all gone.

Whip the egg whites with the cream of target and slowly add the sugar. You want stiff peaks. Top the pudding with the meringue and bake at 400 º F until brown on the top.
