1 lb chicken breast
1/2 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oregano or basil
1 tsp salt (optional)
10 sheets filo pastry
3 tbsp melted margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop chicken.
Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley in small bowl.
Add chicken and toss.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Lightly brush sheet of filo with margarine.
Stack a second sheet on top.
Cut filo pastry sheet into 6 long strips.
Place 1 tablespoon of filling in one corner of pastry, leaving a 1 cm border. Don’t overfill triangles or they will split. Fold tightly diagonally to create a triangle, continue filling and folding.
Place on baking sheet.
Lightly brush with margarine.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
