1 c flour
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c icing sugar
1 (9 oz). tub Cool Whip
1 (4 oz) pkg chocolate instant pudding
1 (4 oz.) pkg vanilla instant pudding
3 c milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together flour, chopped pecans and margarine. Press into a 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes and let cool. Combine cream cheese and icing sugar and spread onto the base. Then spread on 1/2 of the Cool Whip. Beat the chocolate pudding and 1/2 cup of milk until thickened. Spread on top of the Cool Whip. Beat the vanilla pudding and 1/2 cup of milk until thickened and pour over the chocolate pudding. Top with remainder of Cool Whip and shaved chocolate (optional). Refrigerate and serve.
