Ingredients:  
2 cans black beans, rinsed
1 can white beans, rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
1 can kidney beans, rinsed
1 can corn, rinsed
½ red onion, diced
1 C cilantro, chopped
1 C cherry tomatoes, halved
1 avocado for serving
⅓ C vinegar (sherry, apple cider, whatever you have)
⅓ – ½ C Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse all the beans and corn and put in a large bowl
2. Add onion, cilantro, and tomatoes
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste
4. Whisk vinegar and olive oil together - start with equal parts vinegar and oil, adding more of either depending on how salad tastes after dressing
5. When serving add chopped avocado
