1 (12-oz) bag wide egg noodles
1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (26-oz) jar traditional pasta sauce
1 (15-oz) low-fat cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat over to 350º.

Prepare egg noodles according to package directions, drain well. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Add pasta sauce and simmer 10 minutes. Mix cottage cheese, half the mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir noodles and meat mixture together. Coat a 9x13" baking dish with baking spray. Layer one-third of the pasta mixture, one-half of the cheese, repeat ending with pasta sauce on top. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese.

Cover and bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Let sit at least 10 minutes before serving.
