Ingredients:

¾ C vegan margarine
¾ C brown sugar
Egg replacer (equivalent to 2 eggs)
¾ C peanut butter
⅓ tsp salt
1½ tsp vanilla
1½ C flour
1½ C oats

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix above ingredients well. Pat onto large, lightly greased cookie sheet
2. Bake 8 minutes at 350ºF. Do not overbake
3. While hot out of oven, sprinkle 1 package vegan chocolate chips over top
4. Spread evenly over top of crust and put in freezer to harden
5. In the interim, mix 1 C powdered sugar and ¾ C peanut butter and 2 Tbsp plant milk (add more milk for spreading consistency if needed)
6. Spread over hardened chocolate
7. Cut into bars
