1½ lbs. lean or ground round beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. ground turkey
3 beaten eggs
1 c. Italian bread crumbs soaked in 1 c. milk
1 large onion, chopped
½ tsp. pepper
¼ c. tomato sauce
1 c. cooked rice
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
¼ tsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
½ tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first 10 ingredients well.

2. Grease a 12 x 9 baking dish and put meat mixture in baking dish.

3. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 45 minutes.

4. Mix last four ingredients. It's good to heat the last 4 ingredients before adding.

5. Pour over meat loaf.

6. Baste at regular intervals.

7. Bake 30 to 40 more minutes

8. Double last four ingredients for more finish gravy.
