1 lb. raw, peeled or 1 lb. frozen, cooked shrimp
4 to 5 pieces raw, boneless, cut up chicken
1 slice ham, diced
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning
2 bay leaves
10 to 16 oz. frozen okra, sliced
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Make a roux of melted butter and flour.

2. Put all ingredients, except shrimp, in crock pot and stir thoroughly.

3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 4 to 6 hours.

4. Stir occasionally.

5. Turn to high before serving (if using raw shrimp) 1 hour.

6. Stir in shrimp.

Note: If using frozen cooked shrimp, cook on high for 30 minutes

7. Serve over rice.

8. Use Creole seasoning to taste carefully!
