1 c. sifted flour
1 stick butter
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Pinch off marble-sized pieces of dough and roll in balls.

3. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 8 to 12 minutes.

4. Dust with paprika for a little color.

Makes about 30
