Marinade
1 lb. beef cut in thin slices (flank, rib eye or sirloin steak) Use slightly frozen to make it easier to slice
1 tsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. ginger paste
1 tbsp. garlic paste
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1 tsp. oil


4 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. chopped ginger
1 chopped small onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 hot chopped chili ( green or red)
3 chopped green onions - white and green
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. light soya sauce
1 tbsp. dark soya sauce
3 tbsp. black bean sauce
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate the beef with all the ingredients under Marinade and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Heat 2 tbsp. of oil in a hot wok. Add half ginger and garlic and hot chili and fry the beef in hot oil until both the sides are seared. Cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and keep it aside on a plate.
4. Add 2 tbsp. of oil in the same wok and add the remaining ginger and garlic. Flavor the oil for about 1 minute and add the onions, red and green peppers and cook for about 3 minutes.
5. Add light and dark soy sauces, black bean sauce and oyster sauce.
6. Add the beef and chopped green onions and cook for 3 minutes on high heat.
7. Remove on to a plate and garnish with cilantro.
8. Serve with fried rice, white rice or noodles.
