2 10 oz. pkgs. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (squeeze dry)
½ c. melted butter
4-5 eggs
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix
3 Tbsp. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

2. Form into bite size balls.

3. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

Can be frozen after baking and microwaved to reheat.

Makes 60-70 1 inch balls.
