2 eggs
1 can pumpkin (16 oz)
⅔ cup brown sugar
1 cup no fat milk powder
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 tablespoons flour
(for gluten-free pie use 1 tablespoons cornstarch instead of flour)
1 cup water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Then bake at 350 for 1 hour. ***Do Not Grease Pan***
