2 medium russet potatoes
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1-½ tsp. salt-free seasoning blend
¼ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut potatoes into 1/4" slices.

2. Place in a large bowl; drizzle with oil.

3. Sprinkle with seasoning blend and salt; toss to coat.

4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan.

5. Bake at 450º for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
