Ingredients:  
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
8 oz. mushrooms(optional)
Italian bread crumbs
8 oz. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
6 Tbsp. of butter
3 eggs
12 oz. muenster cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

2. Marinate in beaten eggs.

3. Roll chicken pieces in bread crumbs.

4. Saute mushrooms and chicken in butter for 10 minutes.

5. Put chicken and mushrooms into casserole dish.

6. Pour half can of chicken broth over chicken and mushrooms.

7. Pour in lemon juice.

8. Top with layers of muenster cheese.

9. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes at 350º
