1 lb ground pork
1 onion, diced
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs rice vinegar
2 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ground ginger
¼ c coy sauce
1 16 oz bag cole slaw mix
½ c grated carrots
2 green onions, sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork, drain and add back to pan. Add diced onion, sesame oil, and rice vinegar, cook till onion is tender.

Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, coleslaw, and carrots, stir fry till tender.

Top with sliced green onions and serve over steamed rice.
